drilling the strap. the holes were made larger than the bolt size so we could easily assemble this.
helpers: As home schooling goes, this was something extra. I will say this, Andy's children seemed educated well beyond their years.

passing the strap under the alternator for fit. It has to go between the ALT body and the bracket, as close to the front of the device as possible.
